I just found this site by accident and thought I'd give it a try. Their customer support is not very helpful and there are no phone numbers to call if you get stuck on technical questions. Their site is very difficult to navigate around and the area on their site for customers to try and help themselves is not very helpful. OTHER THAN THAT....if you're self-sufficient and can figure out your own tech questions this is a good site to download movies. So far the movies I've ordered have worked great on my MP3 and it's a great service. I just wish they had a warm and fuzzy tech support group for us needy non-tech folks.
