WOW!!! I downloaded a movie over the summer and the copy was a little fuzzy. They emailed me a few weeks ago and to let me know that there was a clearer copy to download instead. The fuzzy copy wasn't really that bad, but at least someone knows what GOOD customer service is. They didn't have to alert me about it-- as I hadn
't displayed a problem--- but they did anyway. I tell everybody about this sight. It's wondeful.........
